Payments:

All payments are processed by Google checkout, at no time during the payment process do we have access to your credit or debit card details. This means that your card details are securely managed and processed with the absolute minimum risk to credit card security.

Guarantee:

All our products are sold in accordance with the manufacturer's guarantee. Guarantees do not include damage or failure to work caused by in correct application, neglect or accidental damage after purchase. Should you have any problems with our products or services you can contact us between 9am-3pm Monday to Friday on 0113 89 200 20.

Returns:

By law you are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive the products. During such time you are entitled to cancel the order and return the products to us (at your own cost and in an unused condition), whereupon we will refund the purchase price of the goods in full.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported in by email to info@pestek.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Payment will be refunded on receipt and inspection of goods.

Shipping And Handling:

UK Standard delivery is provided by Royal mail first class delivery (recorded) at a flat rate of 1.98p (UK mainland only) orders for delivery outside UK mainland inc highlands will be refunded and an invoice sent for the correct shipping cost.

Our delivery aim is three working days for all orders received by 12pm. Please be aware occationally orders may be held up in the postal system.

Back Orders:

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we are usually able to back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order with a refuns of the relevant sum if you would rather not wait.

Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details.
